MTN the bully

it is now approaching six months since my number was blocked by MTN. and the reason is not clear what is the problem. weekly I have been going to the white house office of MTN only to be greeted by the same frustrated customers and the agents that work in that office. they do not know what to say to me. One wonders why the silence from MTN or that I am Insignificant for their business
