MTN the bully

If bullying is a crime that every South African is against then MTN is the biggest bully of all. I have been trying for the last 5 months to sort our my contract with them. Countless of calls to their call centres as well as MTN direct has left me without any answers or promises fulfilled. Two months ago a Customer service lady answered me on this platform to say that they would send the recording of the call to the nearest MTN store, this was not fulfilled. A month ago I phoned the call centre where the agent sent a mail to the relevant department to notify me of when the recording is at the store, also nothing has come of that. It is my right to request the recording and have this recording, I don't mind going to the MTN store to listen to it. Bit the more I have asked for this the less responsive MTN has been, it's been a constant chasing after the sun which it shouldn't be. MTN has now place me on itc which is totally unacceptable because I'm the one running after them and they couldn't give a damn. Major corporations like MTN bully people, that are innocent, to pay money that shouldn't be paid because of their ***** up. I want answers and I want it now. I don't mind going to court because I know that I am right because I know what was said on the call. I don't want repetition of what has already been given to me (empty promises), I want the recording of the call that was made to me period and then investigation on the matter.
