MTN the bully

<p>Contract expired in January 2016, despite giving MTN 30 days notice to cancel it they did not till February 2026 after fighting. A few months later I get an email from debt collectors that I owe MTN over R3,000. How is that possible when I canceled my contract and I received confirmation via email that the cancellataion was effected? I'm ofay the debt collector threatens my perfect credit record if I don't pay. I can't pay for a debt I don't owe. They can't even provide me with an itemized bill so I can see the calls they claim I made, after my contract was cancelled. Somebody fix this mess and I'm approaching the consumer protector about this. This is bullying!</p>
