MTN The Bridge in PE Stole my money !!!

<p>I went to the MTN store on the 1st of Feb 2017 at the Bridge in PE to settle the balance on my account, that is, pay cash into my account, and a salesman named Rowan Moodley asked whats my monthly installment, and I said "R140", and then he checked and said my balance was R140 but i knew that my balance was actually R110. But i paid in the R140, he took my money and issued a receipt. Later when i looked at the receipt it read: "Repairs done" so I called in to MTN customer services they could not detect the payment on the system and still cannot. This means that Rowan Moodley pocketed my money!!! If the R140 is not paid into my account within the next week i will cancel the contract and move to a different service provider, and may look into opening a case against him.</p>
