MTN THE BOZZA ****** AND *****

MTN the Bozza ****** and Bozza *****. After months of trying to get my refund back for making me pay for a cellphone I never had and after you wrongfully suspended my number all my complaints are in vain. MTN ARE BOZZA ****** AND *****. On the 09th and the 15th of April 2018 Alice Van Der Merve responded to my query saying that my line is now open which is a LIE because today is the 30th of April 2018 and my line( ********** ) is still suspended, I cant make calls, I can only receive calls and messages. I have taken the matter to the Ombudsman informing them that MTN charged me for a phone I didnt receive and the wrongfully suspended my line and it has been more than a month. BOZZA ****** AND *****. To anybody who wants to buy a phone please dont buy from MTN rathergo to Vodacom, CELL C OR TELKOM. MTN THEY ARE NOTHING BUT ***** AND ******. I will never buy anything from MTN BOZZA ******. yOU CAN KEEP THE REFUND BECAUSE YOU ARE USED TO ******** PEOPLE. I will post my experience with MTN on all social media pages in order to warn people about the Bozza ******.
