MTN the biggest *******!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been done a huge Disjustice.

Dear MTN... Why am I being ignored now? I went to the store the store sends me to Portia, I've emailed and called portia since Thursday now and I'm not getting any response. I'm literally disgusted by MTN and their customer service. Can someone please help me cancel a contract? I have been ****med. By a company as huge as MTN. Why am I being ignored???!!! Maybe I should just cancel all debit orders. Can someone please give me the Ombudsman details or something I can't be treated like this, I work hard for my money :( please someone get MTN to contact me and do right by me. What a lame network.
