MTN????? The absolute worst service from ANY business...

I've been with MTN for more than 15 years and at present have 4 accounts with them. Then with black Friday there was a data deal for which I app****. I received 1 e-mail and 3 sms's, the last stating that it has been approved. I've contacted them 4 times during the past 2 weeks and being passed from 1 person to another. No references are given. On my 1 call I waited for 1 hour and 4 minutes and then hung up. Their automated telephone reply section is pathetic. The whole of MTN sucks and I will definitely NOT use them when expiry of my contracts occurs. No positive communication. Phoned again yesterday, spoke to a person, was transferred and pumped with really **** music for 48 minutes and eventually just ended the call. He also refused to give a reference number. Bye-bye in the not too far distance MTN.
