MTN the absolute worse company to deal with!!!!

My husband has been with MTN for years and has multiple contracts with MTN. One of his MTN contract numbers is due to be cancelled, so he called MTN multiple times and they first said we must call back the next day, which he done and than he got told the system is down and he must call back the next day which he done! And than he called the next day and got told they can't help him and he must call some other number!! We went to the MTN store and got told to call the call centre. So now nobody is willing to help and just when I thought it couldn't get worse MTN decides to double debit his account this month! Last month they charged us less and didn't take the full amount and this month they charge us double! I mean how can MTN double debit people! People have a budget and we didn't budget to pay double the amount this month! So now MTN is also putting us in financial problems! We would rather like to cancel all our contracts with MTN and have nothing to do with this absolutely useless company!!!
