MtN the ****

DSL representing MTN sold me online a uncapped router that has scratches and doesn't work.They made me pay in advance not an issue. Issue is the darn hasn't not worked since it arrived. Both sim and router don't work. I reset and did everything else required. Worst part is all this happened during the cooling off period. When I contacted during them during the entire time.i got no assistance. I even tried canceling this purchase via their complaint department still nada. This is my first experience with mtn and its very disappointing. I feel ****med how are they not accessible during cooling off period or ate they always unreachable and its normal.
