MTN - that wonderful service orientated company.

During the last couple of months I have received a number of SMS messages from MTN advising that the package / contract that I have is obsolete & will be discontinued & letting me know that I should migrate to a different more current package before the termination at the end of July.

I have called the MTN call centre on a number of accassions & speoke to different "champions" about a migration & they have told me that another "champion" will contact me to discuss & arrange the migration.

It is now almost two weeks before the termination date & I still haven't heard from any of their "champions" - I guess that this can be ascribed to the wonderful MTN service.

Well, if I don't hear from a "champion" before the switchoff date, MTN better not migrate me to a package of their choice.
