MTN - Thank you for the worst service ever

I have had a data contract with MTN since end 2012/beginning 2013. In March 2017, my contract was upgraded and two new lines were taken out by someone claiming to be me. This was done in KZN. I live in Johannesburg. I contacted MTN and was told to submit an affidavit and a copy of my ID. I comp**** with this request on 27 March 2017. Documents were sent to Wisane Hlongwana who also sent me a reference number. I was also told that this would be resolved in 21 working days. I have subsequently sent emails asking for updates and nothing. Now i am told that the lines are still active.....

It has been more than 21 days and it appears that this will not be resolved. The consultant i spoke to (Gerhard Naier) told me that i would need to go thorugh the whole process again to get this resolved.

The person that upgraded my line did so in Feb/Mar. Igot an affidavit at the end of March. i'm now being told that the affidavit is invalid becuase it is dated after the lines were activated!

Basically i'm being inconvenienced becuase MTN doesnt perform thorough checks when people open new contracts/upgrade contracts. And now that i'm running around trying to resolve it, this is the level of assistance that I'm receiving.
