MTN TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Hi Someone

I wanted to make payment and finish off with this account , but then i have a concern, what will happen to the monthly data, minutes and everything that MTN Promised me and never gave me, I had never received any of those, thats other reason I stopped paying my account, because of failure to comply with their promised subscriptions that we agreed on, for months MTN has never gave me any of those services.

and now Im required to pay and settle the amount but i'm not receiving any services from them, even both the SIM cards have been blocked, my phone had a fault and the store they told me that they are not fixing those phones, I mean how come they sell me phone and next thing they dont do after sales, within first 6 Months I had challenges with MTN and no one at their stores was willing to help from first go, i was then discouraged, even when I got retrenched, I sent them all the documentations but no one helped me, i have proof of all the information Im telling you now.

Please assist with this matter or escalate to MTN representatives, they want money but provide bad services from the start., I'm seriously not going to pay them until they resolve all their issues, I seriously would NEVER RECOMMEND MTN TO ANYONE....
