MTN- Terrible Service. No response to my last query

I still have no response from MTN regarding my this ***. No one has called or tried to fix this error on MTN's side . This is absolutely insane. MTN really doesn't care about their customers. I am still astonished by the level of service i'm receiving from this company after being loyal for many years.
