MTN terrible service

MTN agents are so clueless when it comes to services. I called MTN to get assistance to activate eSIM. I was informed this can only be done at the store. After knocking off my work I tried to go to Mall of Africa store to get this done. The agents there simple informed the only person that does it at the store has knocked off and I should come back the next day! Like really?? Only one person in the entire store does this. After my disappointment, they informed me I should try do it myself via the mtn website. They informed me I need to register a profile. I pulled out my phone and requested that we do it in the shop but they simply indicated it should be done on a laptop. Of course I didnt bring my laptop in the shop but and it obvious they didnt know what they were talking about!
