Mtn terrible service

I had a home starter internet month to month with mtn, I canceled on 29 October, sent back the router. I kept calling customer service to follow up, they just keep transferring me to someone else until I end up holding with no assistance. They are still billing me two months now for something I don't even have in my house or using.
