Terrible service and performance to get an upgrade done for an elderly person.

Credit of R6000.00 on the account as a result of a mishap on MTN's side while processing a previous upgrade... and now MTN refuse to release the new handset for which we went into the MTN Store at Cavendish Glen Shopping Centre Glen Marais on Tuesday 19 May.

Seriously MTN? Do you not know the difference between a Debit and Credit?
