MTN TERRIBLE SERVICE

MtnZa service and customer care has been absolutely appalling. I was made to pay for a router I no longer have for 6 months before they decided to cancel the contract as requested. Now I want a refund which reflects on my statement I am taken from pillar to post with them requesting POP'S from me that I don't have because the payments were done via debit order. This is so freaking frustrating as I would like the refund to use for my other commitments
