MTN terrible service

Good day I would like to advise people to not support mtn and even less MTN goldfields mall. I had a self healing screen protector put on, on the 1st of April 2021. When looking at it there was a heap of filth under it. I went back 2min later and I was told to give it 24 hours to cure. 24 hours later it started lifting and the filth was still stuck. They were going to refund me. After various calls I was told the refund is under way. It's the 10th of November and still no refund. It's not millions of Rands, but the principle of utterly bad service and the no care attitude disgusts me. Everytime I call I leave a message and the store manager will call me back. But no response. The after Sales service and attitude is unacceptable.
