Mtn terrible service

<p>An ********** upgrade has been made on my account that I have closed two years ago and have paid R 2 200 to close it . Since then mtn has been deducting money off my account and I have been struggeling since february of this year to sort it out and for them to pay my money back and nothing have happened . They keep sending me to different people to sort this problem out . I've gone to them personally a few times asking them to please sort the problem out . They have told me they would and nothing has come of it . I am sick and tired of people who cannot sort this out as they are suppose to be competent..</p>
