Mtn terrible service

I called mtn customer services around 22nd June to cancel a contract. The lady told me she will cancel the contract. I spoke to her about canceling more than one contract. She told me if I cancel early I will need to pay cancelation fees. I told only cancel the one that I wasn't going to pay any cancelation fees as the contract went to a month to money basis. However she did not cancel and I was debited the money. The staff is ***********. I want a refund because I instructed cancelation in June . This isn't the first time a staff member messed up my contract.
