MTN - Terrible service

As a business, we have used MTN for our DATA packages for over 8 years, 3 weeks ago we signed new upgrade contracts, and they have not been activated. Over 30 emails back a fourth and still no resolve. They keep telling me its working but then also keep saying the sim swops haven't been activated. The sales consultant is quick to sell the product but absolutely terrible service after that contract is signed. MTN get your act together!
