MTN TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have now been struggling for 2 months to upgrade my contract. First I was told that they did not have stock, then Finally the stock came in but it was not loaded on their system but yet it is being advertised in their booklets and on tv??????. After various phone calls and instore visits _ Gateway KZN still no response, but yet I have to pay every month????? Worst ever service I have received. Even the staff at Gateway tried but to no avail. Just no luck. I will not recommend MTN anymore
