MTN terrible service
We have been trying to close a MTN account which expired the beginning of April 2017 for almost going on two years. We have been to the MTN shops, wrote tons of emails and made phone calls without any results. They still constantly harass me at work for outstanding payments on an account which should have been closed ages ago. Every time they request further evidence and signed documents. There is absolutely no customer service and nobody can offer you the needed assistance. I will never recommend MTN as a service provider.

We picked up the Customer Egain request for the cancellation request as per reference ***8 and the account notes as per reference ***.
The account balance owing of R3218.86 will be credited tomorrow. Once the credit reflect the request will be send to the legal department to close the file and the removal on ITC list.
We will give you feedback in next week.
