MTN terrible service

I have tried several times to get hold of the MTN shop in 'The Glen', the number just rings. I have dialled 135 from my cell phone and after selecting option 4 for a consultant, ********** music keeps you on hold, well after 30min wait, who knows how long. This is why I want to cancell my contract with MTN, quick to TAKE your money, but no GIVING BACK, as we would expect from monopolies.....
