MTN TERRIBLE NON EXISTANT NETWORK SERVICE

We've been having ongoing network coverage issues at Khakhu. Hilltop. Tower.there is literally no working signal from .. Network tower 4598 ever since the 23rd of April (almost a month now)... We can't make calls or receive calls or even send a picture over whatsapp, everytime mtn engineers claim the issue is fixed but they haven't done anything to fix it... There is no working connection and they locked us in the expensive contracts for no service at all.. I've emails, reference numbers and they are doing absolutely nothing about this.. Just claiming it's fixed to be later told its not fixed.... And then the situation just goes on and on in circles....
