Mtn terrible network

Been paying more than i should have on my 2 contracts , was informed im over R10 000 in credit in January 2026 , my credit now is around R3000 in July, the second fone i took out on this contract and contract 2 i took out about 2 months after in 2024 suddenly got blocked, i went in to the mtn shop in Wonderboom junction where i was informed ive got 2 accounts, where account 2 now is the second contract and fone 2 from the first contract, which is already not making any sense, im now owing R30 000 on this contract and it was handed over , firstly why was it 2 different accounts, secondly why was the accounts mixed up and why did they wait 2 years to block the phones ? This could have been rectified if i was informed about this when contract 2 was taken out, i will never again take out another contract with them.
