MTN - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AGAIN)

Terrible customer support. I have been trying to terminate my contract calling their help desk multiple times for the last 3 months. My contract has expired so I cannot login online also to terminate the contract myself. I went to the Fourways branch to make a call again back to help desk since I do not have a personal phone. No assistance was given and I was explicitly told they will not assist me and that I must keep trying to call help desk. Meantime, MTN keeps debiting money from my Bank Account. If the same MTN branch I bought my phone cannot assist me in making a call to help desk. Who needs to assist?
