Mtn - terrible customer service

I bought data via my app in July 2021 it was a promo: buy 2 Gigs for aR79.00 valid for 30 days even today still not credited to my account...when ever I call the call center it's either my call get cut off or m given a lousy excuse to give it 24 more hours it will reflect....I have send several emails to their customer complaints Noone has bothered to get back to me its been 3 months and mtn had said nothing...their customer service is terrible I can't wait for my contract to finish and take my business somewhere else to service providers who vales and respects their customers
