Mtn terrible customer service!!!!

Mtn has the worse customer service ever and there complaints process seems to be non existent. I logged a complaint on the 30 of April and only got a response a week later asking for proof of cancelation. Yet they don't allow you to cancel in store and ask you to call the call centre to cancel. I had done everything in time and according to how they want it. Mtn did not follow through on the instructions and continued to debit my account. After being send from piller to post one consultant and there manager was able to see the issue,see the fact that I had called multiple times and in time and instructed that my number would be removed from contract and no funds will be deducted. The number was moved to prepaid eventually but my account was still deducted because it only actioned a week after the call.
