MTN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a phone and it got delivered on Saturday I requested a swim swap in my application and its Monday and the number is still not working.

I am now told by customer care that I need to go instore to get a sim swap yet I bought the phone online.

This is pure nonsense.
