Mtn terrible customer service

I'm currently having the worst possible time with Mtn customer care. I'm on a call with Mtn for over an hour trying to get through to retentions department to upgrade my contracts. They just keep transferring me from department to department to department. I'm absolutely fed up with their systems. If someone from Mtn can contact me to solve my problems would be appreciated. I'm with Mtn for a few years and have 3 contracts with them and want to take out another 3 contracts. If they don't want our business then no problem. We can gladly find another service provider. It's absolutely pathetic
