MTN - terrible customer service !

I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and renewed two of my contracts with MTN last year June . The first month after new contact signed I was debited approx R700 more than contracted. They have agreed THEY MADE AN ERROR and have been promising to credit my account accordingly, however despite email them every week I am still been charged the incorrect amount! Most of my email are not replied to despite sending to the Branch Manager! I would really like to publish these mail to a business school as an example of "HOW NOT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER "

Despite receiving correspondence from MTN after my original post assuring me  that they have corrected my packages and that my account would be credited, I can confirm that today the incorrect amount has been debited from my account again – Please be warned MTN is the most incompetent company I have every done business with – STAY AWAY !!!
