MTN terrible call center
Have you ever tried to get through their call centers. It is impossible to speak to a consultant. If you finally press multiple options not related to your query and get to someone they confirm query will be resolved. Pls be aware you will need to keep following this up multiple times and then still would not be done. Terrible service. Cant wait for November when I can cancel and move, MTN not recommended

06 Jul 2020, 09:11Hi, I requested the 1GB data bundle to be cancelled. It was confirmed it was done and that my monthly installment will be reduced accordingly. This month you again debited R588 which is the full installment. Pls rectify and refund me the difference
