Mtn terrible aftersales service

I have taken 4 contracts with mtn and they botched up all 4 contracts for black friday - instead of 500 minutes im only getting 200 minutes on 2 of my contracts and instead of 400gb data im only getting 300gb - i have made several calls messages to the store in coastlands and to the operator customer services i even emailed customer services and mtn complaints but to date no one has helped - this contract was taken on blk friday - they are billing me full but robbing me of my minutes and data - i am fed up with them now - their services are gone to the dogs - they may offer good deals but you get ****** on the side.
