MTN Terrible

Very very disspointed with your service MTN

I am so frustrated with MTN's poor service, I app**** for Home Wifi on the 27th of FEB 26, they told me with application that there is good coverage in my area, I received my 2 x router packages on the 5th of March 26, after the sim activation with no internet, I called Call centre, only to be told the is no 5G coverage in my area, how do you do your work? when you check for coverage??? I spent a good potion of a day on the phone on three occations with 3 different people to try resolve this matter, they told me to go to the MTN shop in Woodlands to cancel the service, I drove there to fing they did not wanna help me there, its a long prosses and it Satureday the 28th of Feb 26, I had to take of work on the 9th again to go and return the equipment at Woodlands mtn and since then been battling to get my money back. i hope you considder this before applying for anything at MTN, they treat you like ******* not a paying customer.
