# ********** 5 I received a notification from MTN regarding my account being in an arrears, after that mail I emailed them to Customer Care ********** for the last 4 months proof of payments, to show them I did make my payments, so after the proof of payments was send though to their mtn "customer service team" I made a phone call to them, my phone has now been suspended for a week, and I regard this as terrible service from MTN for the fact that I have in the almost last 3 years with this contract never missed a payment. after my phone got suspended I phoned Mtn explaining my case that I indeed made payments, than the lady have the nerve to tell me I have to make payment arrangement to get my phone active now explain to me how do I need to make payment arrangements if the account are paid I have children in school and no phone should something go wrong, if something should happen to me on the road while on the road, explain to me how will I be able to let someone know, this is pathetic. I would encourage someone from MTN to try to give me a call to try to sort this out, But unfortunately you will have to activate my account first to try to phone me. Please don't make your problem of not being able to allocate payments to an account my problem I want this sorted out.
Best regards,
