MTN Termination Rip-off!

<p>I've asked MTN for a termination quote on a cell number that I pay R399/month for. I have 31 months remaining. My calculations say R399 x 31 = R12369. <br />MTN Retention responds with a quote of R23514, which is double the amount of my calculations.</p> <p>After e-mails back and forth, i get told that "you are quoted on 31 remaining contract months not including the 5 months you have served and paid for".<br />Guess what MTN, I will save R11000 for letting the contract run out and paying R399 for 31 months. I don't need the cell number anymore.<br />Furthermore I have asked to be phoned in this regard, but all I get back is lame e-mails trying to justify their ******-maths!</p>
