MTN TERENTIONS DEP BLUNDER.

I contacted the retentions dept to assist in cancelling my contract but clearly that didn't go through as MTN just credited my sim with data. Now how will i pay for such when i made arrangements for my number to be prepaid? Iam so angry. Yrre.
