MTN TELESALES FAULSE INFORMATION

MTN call centre agents are lying about the data plans sold by MTN. I was told I will be getting a 100 meg line for R499, instead I received a 10 meg line. I then called to cancel the service and was told to go to MTN store. I visited the store closest to me and was told they unable to assist I would need to visit another store. After 3 stores I did not get the help I needed. I have been trying to get ahold on MTN customer care for the last month and all they do is transfer you from pillar to post with no results. MTN has no customer support. I have turned to legal action and have requested numerous times for the call recording upon sale and still have no satisfaction.
