MTN technical issues not resolved for over a year
<p>I have a technical problems reported 1 year ago and to date this has not been resolved. I have called mtn several times about this and still we have not come to a resolution.</p> <p>Every time I attempt to send an sms to a 5 digit donation. </p>
Every time I attempt to send an sms to a 5 digit donation line it will not send.
I have reported this numerous times with no help.
I am due to upgrade my contract but how can I do so if this problem is going to persist indefinitely.
If it doesn't get resolved I have no choice but to change my network provider.
