MTN Technical Issue Unresolved

I logged a technical query of temporarily hiding ones ID on 30 Aug 2020 with MTN (ref: ***). I use other networks regularly to do the same and no issues exist at all.

I must have phoned on 4 different occasions as a follow up. Latest was with Fezeka on 02 Sept at 19h25.

MTN cannot solve the issue. They lack the technical know-how to resolve this issue but to date....no fix! They should feel totally embarrassed for not resolving what the other networks seamlessly do!
