MTN Technical depaertment useless

I struggle now from 09 April 2021with MTN to sort out my ID caller. They send me to the Shop and i also log a ticket online numerous times All my incoming calls show private number. I cant understand why are the MTN Champions (what they called themself) so useless. Can you please sort that out.
