Mtn teams up with **** security

Went to Mtn tygervalley lower level to purchase an item value of R 3000 .at the entrance there was no one in attendance where you are supposed to have your hand sanitised , I walked up to the lady behind the counter to enquire about the item I needed . This lady shouted at me to go sanitise your hands which I did and returned and waited for her to attend to me . The same lady ( who was wearing glasses ) just ignored me even when I tried to ask where can I be helped . I looked around hoping to see if someone else could assist me but every one else was busy . I decided to take a photo of this lady so when I returned I could report this to a supervisor the photo was for reference purpose as she was not wearing a name badge and when I would return she may not have been in the shop so I could produce the photo to the person I was complaining to . As I was exiting the Mtn shop this lady came running after me shouting and had the mall security detain me and they assaulted me also tried to handcuff me to try and take the phone away from me which I gave to my wife .one of the tygervalley mall security guards twisted my wife’s arm and forcibly removed the phone from her (there were seven security officers three of them were tactical reaction staff) fidelity security they they took me to a room in the back of the store and made me delete all the images off my phone I am 68 years old and my wife 65 both of skinny small build and posed no threat to them this all because of MTN non caring staff
