Mtn ***** team is appalling

There was an account taken under my name using my ID *****ulently which I have been disputing with MTN for months and has been affecting my credit record, they finally tell me that it is closed under my name but still shows on my credit under Experian so I dispute that with Experian and they tell me to get a letter to prove that it was ***** but MTN refuses to send me this even after all the years of being inconvenienced as this has been under my records for more than 2 years.

The ***** line is poor and and takes days to respond only to get a robot to do something I did not even ask for, I requested a letter and all they can tell me is that it has been resolved.

I'm very disappointed with how it is all being handled by the MTN ***** line.
