MTN TARNISHED MY RECORD AND LEGAL DEPARTMENT NEVER GOT BACK TO ME
After two months of hoping the MTN legal department will contact me after two responses on hellopeter from their corresponder no joy. They have tarnished ny name listed me for a Nashua account which I have proof that it was paid in time before Nashua closed shops and now I have a bad record. MTN YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE **** AND I WILL TAKE LEGAL STEPS BECAUSE YOU HAVE FAILED TO ASSIST ME, YOU **** ABOUT ME NOT REACHABLE WHILE MY BUREAU RECORDS HAVE ALL MY DETAILS AND I HAVE NEVER CHANGED A CELLPHONE NUMBER SINCE 2003, SO WHY NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND I WQS GOING TO GIVE YOU PROOF BECAUSE I KEEP RECORDS, ANOTHER THING EVEN MY ADDRESS WAS ALL CLEAR INCLUDING EMPLOYMENT

02 Jul 2020, 10:35Its been 13 months and MTN LEGAL DEPARTMENT has failed to assit me nor call me. I have been recently informed by the Bank that my record is *****ed by MTN who alleges without proof and when I supp**** them with proof that it was their negligence, they still have not done anything. Now i don't know what to do
