MTN TARNISHED MY RECORD AND LEGAL DEPARTMENT NEVER GOT BACK TO ME

From May 2019 I have not heard from the MTN legal department after Brendah Langa Complaints Management who advised that they will contact me after two responses on hellopeter from their corresponder no joy. They have tarnished ny name listed me for a Nashua account which I have proof that it was paid in time before Nashua closed shops and now I have a bad record even though the Manager at MTN Mall of the South provided a letter thag the account was paid but I still have this untrue fact reflecting on my credit record, i can even give you all the bank statements for the period thag I was paying Nashua until the last installment. This has unfairly disqualified me on a home lon whilst I made all payments accordingly, the fact that no one tried to contact me is stressful and disgraceful because I have been using the same number since the year 2003. Someone please help because I failed to get hold of the legal department on my own as the call center agents refused to give me a direct number. All i want to is to prove and so that MTN can remove the record because I have proof.
