MTN target vulnerable customers!

I am absolutely disgusted with MTN & their ethics or rather lack of ethics & integrity. They allow old vulnerable customers of many years standing to become victims of *****. My mother ( 77-year old and visually impaired) account was duplicated with another ID- over R 6000 charged in 30 days. This happened in August and we are still waiting...the ***** line gave us 2 reference numbers, that's ALL!
