MTN TAP AND WIN *******

This is a whole gimmick the Tap and win competition I won a and it displayed a balloon saying congratulations you have just won a prize please check your wallet and the only thing in my wallet was my discounted data I then contacted MTN the lady told me she can see I won a prize and this will be sms to me in 24 hours well guess what 24 hours later I called and they had no answer for me I sent a message on Facebook and nothing I called MTN twice today ( 5days later) and all they say is they will check... well I guess with a huge corporate like this it’s no use complaining as they surely don’t care about their customers.. I’m due for an upgrade today and I’m thinking of changing providers the customer services have really gone from competent to *********** individuals who does not know what’s happening in their own organisation
