MTN Tambotie Mall - Contract Update

Good day,

I upgraded my contract the 1 of August 2019 to n deal for R399 per month. Currently paying R515 a month. I phoned MTN Tambotie numerous times to fix this problem, only to hear they logged a query. STILL my contract package is not fixed. My lines is currently suspended! I phoned MTN Tambotie last week to get an update, the lady said she'll phone me back, YET AGAIN nothing. This is so frustrating!
