MTN taking R4000 and I have no contract!!!

Struggling since August 2019 to ask MTN to stop deducting R700 too much...no help..not the shops, not email, not call. I had to pay R2000 to cancel the contract!! On the 1st September 2020 MTN deducts R4000!!!!??? *** is going on...I am at the end of my wits and I know no one will reply to this review and I can kiss my R4000 goodbuy!!
